On the list of daily priorities, taking the time to cook can easily get pushed to the bottom. With a busy schedule, we understand not everyone has the ability to set aside a window for full on meals every day of week which is why we’re rounding up a few of our favorite recipes that are efficient and delicious - enough to make you WANT to take a break every once and a while.

 

 

Monday - Potato for One, Please

 

Side Dish, Main Dish, Second Dish, honestly this Hasselback Potato recipe covers all the bases. Gather your favorite classic baked potato toppings and essentially just cut and cook. The prep time here is minimal; let that sucker cook in the oven for an hour while you get attend to other things. Or just chill and do nothing. The wait will be worth it either way.

Tuesday - Crunchy Black Bean Taco

 

Turn Taco Tuesday into a night in with this simple spin on an all time favorite. Without any meat to prepare and a very low risk of burning the corn tortillas, these tacos are a great way to get something fast to pair with that Corona you’ve already opened.

Wednesday - Hot Diggity Dog

 

 We know you love a classic hot dog smothered in ketchup and/or mustard, but why not try a step it up a notch without having to try too hard?

Cook up your HD’s with a few extra elements: onions, jalapeños, sauerkraut, and beer. You heard right. Beer.

Ridiculously easy and ridiculously good. No cookout weather or baseball game needed.

These Italian-styled Nachos are packed with flavor and nothing short of mouth watering. Comfort food has seriously kicked it up a notch. The serving size calls for 8 people but who are we kidding.. treat yourself.

Friday - Pizza Party

 

 Admit it, one of the worst parts of a grown-up diet is missing out awesome things like Pizza Rolls. Oh man, do we miss the pizza rolls. 

Behold: the healthier, quicker, just-as-yummy version. Pull out some sauce, cheese, and tortillas from the fridge. Take a few minutes to roll them up, stick in the oven for 5 or so minutes and just like that - Adult Pizza Rolls.
