Easy Recipes for the Busy Guy | What to Eat When You Have No Time
On the list of daily priorities, taking the time to cook can easily get pushed to the bottom. With a busy schedule, we understand not everyone has the ability to set aside a window for full on meals every day of week which is why we’re rounding up a few of our favorite recipes that are efficient and delicious - enough to make you WANT to take a break every once and a while.
Monday - Potato for One, Please
Side Dish, Main Dish, Second Dish, honestly this Hasselback Potato recipe covers all the bases. Gather your favorite classic baked potato toppings and essentially just cut and cook. The prep time here is minimal; let that sucker cook in the oven for an hour while you get attend to other things. Or just chill and do nothing. The wait will be worth it either way.

Turn Taco Tuesday into a night in with this simple spin on an all time favorite. Without any meat to prepare and a very low risk of burning the corn tortillas, these tacos are a great way to get something fast to pair with that Corona you’ve already opened.

Friday - Pizza Party
