A little while ago we listed out our favorite places to hit after a long workday in downtown Los Angeles. And with so much positive feedback, we decided to go with a second part in this series in another one of our favorite cities: Chi town.
With an authentically beautiful interior and charming decorations, Lark sits in the heart of Boystown. On top of being a great place to look at and socialize in, Lark's Happy Hour Menu is one to be topped.
From 5-7 on weekdays, 3-6:30 on Sundays, and Cubs game days, Lark offers $3 select beers, $4 well drinks, $5 select red and white wines, and half off appetizers. They also have deals on entrees and other menu items depending on the day.
For a perfect place to kill time after work, pull up a chair at the Library Bar at Booth One for a top notch selection of Happy Hour treats from 4-7 pm on the weekdays.
Food options include crispy halibut tacos, veggie towers, a trio of mini tarts, and other items while the drink selection has a number of cocktails, glasses of wine, and beer - ALL priced at $5. No, that's not a typo.
Known for its eclectic atmosphere and always upbeat crowd, The Globe Pub is the place to be for the next game. With a brand new menu as of August - the charming bar has a great list of HH specials. Take your pick from a list of half off appetizers or from a number of drink deals including half-priced selection cocktails; half-priced bottles and glasses of wine; $1 Jello shots; $2 off draft beers; $4 Jack Daniels shots; $5 Crown Apple shots; and $6 Don Julio blanco shots.
Happy Hour is from 4-7 pm on weekdays.
